So many shampoos are full of dyes, metals and sulphate they are no good for your hair, let alone your body. So I was excited to read about a shampoo line that is not only free of all these, but alcohol and salt too.
What it does contain is Argan oil, known as “liquid gold” by the hairdressers of Morocco. I bought some when I was last in Morocco and loved it. The oil helps hair loss and also makes for a great night cream.
Natural Argan oil is known for its revitalising properties, encouraging the root to strengthen and stimulating hair growth for both men and women.
When I was in Morocco the locals stressed how important it was to make sure the oil was pure and there are many fakes around, some of which contain as little as 10 per cent of the Argan oil.

ARGANRain contains 100 per cent pure Argan oil and the shampoo has a gorgeous smell that is not overpowering. Your hair feels thicker, even after the first wash. By the end of the week my hair was looking really shiny and full. A couple of people even asked if I had changed the colour of my hair, as it looked so great.
It’s also nice to use a shampoo in the shower that I can be sure will not contain metals and other additives that could cause problems for my skin over the longer term. The neat packaging made it easy to pack in my overnight bag. I used the oil in my hair at night and washed it out in the morning once a week, instead of a hair mask. Well worth a try.

Healthy Eating Try This Best Bread
I have always tried to eat and live healthily but I am far from being an angel and just love a treat. Early this year I lost all of my belly fat that I gained slowly over the years by changing my diet cutting out the carbs and opting for brown rice I realised that my body just did not need so much bread, cereal or white rice.
One thing I missed was the odd piece of toast. It was suggested giving gluten and wheat free breads a try but not to over indugle .When I tried at them many were replaced with fats or fell apart as soon as you opened the packet and tasted as they had been made of cardboard .
Then I came across the answer DS-Gluten free it a brand of Dr Schar made of sourdough ,millet and quinoa . The sourdough gives the bread it's light texture. millet makes it rich in fibre and amino acids , minerals. The new health buzz word quinoa is high in protein , calcuim and iron.
Believe me it flys off the shelves in Tesco's 'Free From" section I often buy a couple and keep them in the freezer and it is the first gluten and wheat free bread that really you would not know it was not the real deal. Great for Turkey and avocado sandwich and unlike many of the other free from breads does not collapse the minute you put anything on it.
