Five Beauty Tips By Aesthetic Artist Iryna Stewart and M.D Of HYALUAL UK.

Iryna Stewart

Iryna Stewart M.D of HYALUAL UK is not just a skin care expert; she’s an aesthetic artist.

Unusually, along with her degree in medicine, Iryna also has a degree in fine art and views her clients as a blank canvas on which she creates a totally natural look that will never reveal the secret that any work has been done.

It’s this unique and individually tailored approach to anti-ageing skin treatments that has the Who’s Who of London clamouring to see her.

Iryna is responsible for bringing HYALUAL products to the UK, introducing an easy and exciting new of caring for your skin with suburb results.

Here are her top five beauty tips .

1. Inner beauty is important. Surround yourself with positive people and a strong core of family and friends. Just look at happy people – they have a sparkle in their eyes. If you go looking trouble or drama it will always find, and it will show in your looks too.

2. No matter how busy you are, find ten to fifteen minutes a day to do some yoga, mediation or cardio exercise. It makes you feel great and look good. Once you’ve finished, spray some Aqualual melt water on your face – it will take away the redness and make you feel refreshed.

3. Make sure you don't over-moisturise your skin; use a sunblock instead. Too much moisturiser can leave skin looking tired so use a Factor 20 sunscreen in the morning; you’ll see a difference quite quickly.

4. Use Simple cleaners in the morning then splash cold water , then hot, on your face several times. This will leave your skin looking fabulous and was an old Hollywood trick used by stars such as Joan Crawford. After patting day, spray on Daily Delux by HYALUAL.

5 My secret weapon is the WOW mask. If you have a party or special night out then use it in the morning and you’ll look amazing for the big event. It can also be used just a few hours before – it’s like having a facial that keeps on working for days.

THE WORLD'S BEST HAIR COLOURIST .

The world's best colourist

Leslie at Real Hair  https://www.facebook.com/realhairlondon?pnref=lhc

You don't have to spend a fortune to get a decent haircut, unless you have money to burn. But there's one area where it's essential to pay for the best, and that's hair colourouring.

I find the idea of colouring you own hair hard to understand; to me, it's like suggesting you drill you own teeth and fill them yourself. Glossy advertisments give the impression that you can simply buy a bottle from your local chemist, slap it on your hair and you'll come out looking like a supermodel.

But the reality is very different. The actress or model who posed for those adverts will have had a team of experts on hand to create the look – and that's before the photoshopping that will be used to make her hair look sheek, shiny and almost transparent.

It takes years to train as a hair colourist and there are very many good colourists out there with the skills and talent to make your hair look its very best.

If you don't have the budget to pay for a top colourist, you can always take advantage of cut-price training nights run by many of the top salons and schools, paying only a fraction of the full price. Make sure to take a good book, though, as what you save in cash you will spend in your time.

The number one rule in hairdressing is that the only star is the client. Many so-called celebrity hairdressers – including myself – cringe at the title, and it's certainly not how I would ever describe myself. I recently saw a colourist tweet: “I am a superstar colourist,” which I found appalling – with such a big ego, how do they manage to fit their clients in at all?

I've come across some very good colourists but few as accomplished, skilled or professional as Lesley Jennison, whom I've been fortunate enough to have tend my own blond locks for the last 10 years.

With 32 years experience in the business, she started out at Sassoon's and managed the shop in Covent Garden for a number of years before moving to be senior colourist at Harrods. She is now the world educator for Schwarzkopf and also sees clients at the fashionable salon Real Hair in Chelsea.

The first thing you will notice is that Lesley is interested in you, and what sort of look you want to achieve. With her, there's no such thing as a stupid question and she makes her clients feel totally at ease as she explains every step of the procedure.

When she applies the colour, it's like watching an artist at work. Lesley does not cut or dry hair but you can have that done at the Real Blow bar or in the salon itself. And they are more than happy to give you a hairdryer so you can dry your beautifully coloured hair yourself.

Lesley at Real hair worlds best colourist  in my opinion.
